History of Our Creation

Active Real Estate and General Contracting LLC was established in 1994 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We specialize in interior fit-out works, external insulation finishing systems (EIFS), interior design, consulting, real estate, and building maintenance. Our management team has over 15 years of experience in these fields.

As the demand for green building technology continues to grow, we focus on providing sustainable EIFS installation and supply services, alongside our expertise in interior design and contracting. We are certified applicators, approved by our material suppliers and partners.
